It is still very early in the season for Caelen Carson, who has logged just 30 snaps across a single appearance in Week 3. He currently holds a replacement-level 67.5 overall grade that was driven by high-leverage execution late in the fourth quarter. Prior to those late sequences, Carson produced largely neutral reps across 16 coverage snaps and 12 special teams snaps. His mark was elevated by crucial goal-line stops against the run and tight press-man coverage to deny a touchdown. Because he has only played in one contest, there is no week-to-week progression to establish a pattern yet.
