His early success is driven primarily by an outstanding 85.9 run defense grade, marked by disciplined edge setting and multiple tackles for loss. After a quiet pass-rushing outing in Week 2, he generated high-impact negative plays in Week 3 with an unblocked sack and a split sack. His week-to-week performance trended sharply upward, jumping from a 68.9 mark against Chicago to an elite 90.6 grade at Tampa Bay. Across his limited rotational usage, Van Noy has proven highly disruptive in both phases of defense.
