Season so far
It is early in the season for Kyler Murray, who has appeared in only one contest and 60 total snaps for Minnesota. His debut produced a detrimental 57.1 overall grade, driven largely by a 54.1 passing mark despite solid work as a rusher. Murray flashed high-end ability with a 30-yard rollout strike and a 41-yard touchdown against pressure, but negative plays heavily dragged down his performance. He suffered from operational breakdowns, including a missed protection adjustment on a third-down sack, a delay of game penalty, and an interception on a low-trajectory batted pass. Furthermore, Murray struggled with off-target intermediate and deep throws despite working from clean pockets throughout the second half.
